You'll bridge the gap between technology, data, and go-to-market teams, designing and optimizing scalable systems that power commerce-to-cash processes. Your core impact will be translating business needs into structured technical solutions and data-driven workflows. You'll collaborate closely with Sales Ops, Product, and Engineering in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the full requirements lifecycle from intake to post-launch validation.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and scalable system solutions.
• Analyze and optimize commerce-to-cash and billing processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams as the primary liaison for business systems initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business systems, revenue operations, or systems consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Snowflake, and reporting/analytics tools.
• Experience with commerce-to-cash or quote-to-cash processes including billing systems.
• Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
