Description

As a Product Operations Specialist, you'll resolve key user issues, communicate the product roadmap, and support processes that help product and engineering teams work more efficiently. You'll collaborate with customer support, analyze data, and manage feature development projects, making a meaningful impact from day one.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of project management, operations, or product management experience
• Experience with tools like Shortcut, Productboard, Slack
• Experience with production support tools like Datadog, Grafana, PagerDuty
• Comfort with Google Apps or Microsoft Office
• Ability to collaborate with remote teams

Responsibilities

• Resolve bugs and product feedback from team members and users
• Partner with Customer Support to diagnose and resolve user issues
• Proactively communicate ongoing issues to GTM teams
• Compile product data and reports to surface trends and feedback
• Support systems for visibility of product roadmap to stakeholders
