You'll build and manage external technical partnerships to accelerate CFS' fusion energy roadmap. You'll drive funded collaborations with national labs, universities, and industry leaders to solve critical engineering problems. This role combines deep technical fluency with strategic relationship-building.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and recruit new partners and collaborators.
• Manage existing relationships with key fusion programs.
• Develop funding strategies including grants and collaborations.
• Write proposals, white papers, and grant applications.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years managing technical projects/programs exceeding $1M/year.
• 10+ years managing multi-stakeholder technical or business partnerships.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience negotiating project contracts including IP terms.
• Experience with energy technologies or fusion energy.
