💼 About This Role

You'll join a national Labor and Employment practice in Los Angeles, representing employers in employment litigation, and handle single-plaintiff, wage and hour, and class action matters. You'll also gain exposure to employment counseling and traditional labor issues.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Represent employers in employment litigation matters
• Handle single-plaintiff and wage and hour litigation
• Conduct discovery, depositions, motion drafting, and trial preparation
• Provide employment counseling and advice

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience representing employers in labor and employment matters
• Experience in single-plaintiff employment litigation, wage and hour, and class actions
• Admitted to the California Bar
• Proficient in all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

• Familiarity with traditional labor matters like arbitrations and NLRB proceedings
