Description

You will own the long-term materials strategy and roadmap across all product categories, ensuring Bombas delivers best-in-class comfort, quality, innovation, and margin performance as the company scales. You'll partner with Design, Production, Quality, Finance, and external suppliers to align material choices with company strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the multi-year materials development and sourcing roadmap
• Set vision and priorities for materials innovation across all product categories
• Lead seasonal materials development across yarns, fabrics, trims, and packaging
• Define materials risk strategy including supplier partnerships and geographic diversification
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing materials organization
