💼 About This Role

You'll support school teams to ensure high-quality special education services for students with disabilities in a network of public charter schools. You'll drive academic growth through coaching, compliance, and professional development. The role is based in the Bay Area and requires on-campus work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support ISE team visions at school sites for network initiatives
• Co-develop coaching plans for ISE teachers and teams
• Observe and provide feedback on teacher instructional execution
• Oversee IEP development and meeting facilitation

📋 Requirements

• Valid Special Education teaching credential or administrative license
• Demonstrated track record of improving academic outcomes for students with disabilities
• Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding special education
• Experience with students across a range of disabilities

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Special Education or related field
• Experience implementing MTSS
• Experience with elementary-age students
