Requirements

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience in sales or staffing
• 2+ years success in sales, staffing agency, or metrics-driven role
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments in imaging and radiology
• Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships and qualify them for opportunities
• Educate candidates on the benefits of a travel healthcare career
• Generate leads through various recruiting channels and referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with travel healthcare professionals
