Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
• 2+ years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages (0+) in last 5 years
• State licensed in Ohio by start date
• Proficiency in evidence-based primary care
• Effective communication with diverse populations

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office or via tele-health
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Support offices across the Columbus district
