💼 About This Role

You'll provide world-class IT service delivery for a team supporting high-caliber engineers and critical launch/mission operations. You'll manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets and troubleshoot hardware/software issues. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment supporting SpaceX's mission to enable human life on Mars.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd tier support to SpaceX employees
• Manage on-site inventory and lifecycle of IT assets
• Procure, configure, and deploy computer hardware and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues in person and remotely

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 1+ year of professional experience building, deploying, and troubleshooting computer systems and networks
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting Mac iOS and Linux environments
• Technical certifications (A+, Network+, MCSE)
• Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment
