Requirements

• PhD in microbiology or closely related life-science field
• Peer-reviewed publications, wet-lab or field research, or hands-on laboratory diagnostics projects
• Clear metacognitive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models on lab scenarios and theoretical microbiology questions
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
