Description

You will lead market-level strategies to drive sustainable profitable growth, managing P&L and key relationships across network, distribution, and regulatory functions. You'll serve as the face of Oscar in your market, partnering with internal teams to optimize top-line and bottom-line economics.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience
• 10+ years healthcare industry experience with P&L responsibility
• 10+ years leadership experience developing high-performing teams
• 10+ years provider-facing experience
• MBA or other professional degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Establish and attain market-level performance metrics (growth, financial, quality)
• Partner with internal strategy teams to identify unmet market needs and support product rollout
• Develop long-term business and expansion strategy and operating plans for the market
• Monitor market-level utilization and cost dynamics, identify deviations and mitigants
• Serve as senior ambassador externally and internally for Oscar's commercial interests
