You will architect and develop a next-generation CRM platform that powers Coupang's growth and marketing efficiency. You'll design real-time decision engines, build scalable streaming data processing systems, and collaborate with data scientists to deliver high-impact solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years professional software development experience
• 5+ years in data-related products with proficiency in Spark, Flink, Spring, and Java
• Experience with open-source frameworks like Spring, AWS, APIs, NoSQL, Big Data (Kafka, Hive, Cassandra, ClickHouse, etc.)
• Excellent coding skills with emphasis on data structures and algorithms
• Distributed systems experience at scale

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and automate large-scale streaming data processing systems
• Build scalable infrastructure and pipelines with high availability and low latency
• Take full ownership from investigation to operational health
• Establish and execute short and long-term architectural roadmaps
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to implement data solutions
