You'll support the Navy Region Southwest by managing Avaya telephony and A/V systems in a hybrid field/help desk role. Your work ensures operational readiness of critical communication infrastructure for a DoD contract requiring Secret clearance.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Administer and troubleshoot Avaya Communication Manager (CM10) environment
  • Design, install, and support A/V equipment in conference rooms
  • Provide on-site and remote Tier 1/2 support for end-users
  • Perform station administration and call-routing configurations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of applicable DoD work experience
  • Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification
  • 3-5 years of IT support role experience
  • Hands-on experience with Avaya Communication Manager (CM10 or recent)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification
  • Avaya ACIS or ACSS certification
  • Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification
