You'll support the Navy Region Southwest by managing Avaya telephony and A/V systems in a hybrid field/help desk role. Your work ensures operational readiness of critical communication infrastructure for a DoD contract requiring Secret clearance.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Administer and troubleshoot Avaya Communication Manager (CM10) environment
- Design, install, and support A/V equipment in conference rooms
- Provide on-site and remote Tier 1/2 support for end-users
- Perform station administration and call-routing configurations
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of applicable DoD work experience
- Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification
- 3-5 years of IT support role experience
- Hands-on experience with Avaya Communication Manager (CM10 or recent)

- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification
- Avaya ACIS or ACSS certification
- Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification
