💼 About This Role

You'll represent Rite Window by promoting home improvement products through in-store retail marketing and face-to-face sales presentations. You'll build customer relationships and drive sales in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Promote products to customers through in-store retail marketing campaigns
• Deliver face-to-face sales presentations highlighting premium products
• Participate in ongoing training to sharpen sales skills
• Travel within local market as needed

📋 Requirements

• 1-2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-starter attitude driven to exceed goals
• Availability including Saturdays and/or Sundays
