🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair Alpinestars electronic products like Tech-Air systems.
• Track repairs and parts usage using internal systems.
• Serve as primary contact for Tech-Air customer support via phone and email.
• Create weekly reports on Tech-Air services performed.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in electronics repair.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in electronics diagnostics and repair methods.

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical or vocational training in electronics.
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools.
• Shopify experience.
