As an Account Administrator at ADESA, a Carvana-owned company, you'll assist with paperwork and administrative tasks for vehicle sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies. You'll also communicate with customers and vendors to resolve inquiries and maintain inventory flow.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years office experience, preferably in auction/shop
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Verify vehicle info and prepare sale documents
• Enter condition reports and set work orders
• Communicate with customers, shops, and vendors
• Represent vehicles on sale day and process post-sale paperwork
• Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with DMV laws
