💼 About This Role

You'll own multiple product areas for Lendable's US personal loans expansion, defining strategy and shipping features end-to-end. You'll drive aggressive growth in the largest lending market by getting proprietary credit models into production and using AI to automate operations. This role combines product leadership with hands-on AI tooling—PMs here write SQL, Python, and commit PRs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and ship features for US personal loans growth
• Get proprietary credit models into production with data science
• Design automations to make operations team dramatically more efficient
• Build AI agent workflows and commit PRs for straightforward features

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product, Strategy, or Analytics
• At least 2 years in a product management role
• 3+ years in fintech, financial services, or strong lending/credit grasp
• Track record of shipping products that moved real business metrics

• Comfortable with SQL and data analysis
• High-growth startup or scale-up experience
• Experience building AI agents or workflows
