As a Groundskeeper, you will maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community's exterior spaces through tasks like debris removal, landscaping, and light maintenance. This entry-level role is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors and contributing to a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• Understanding of yardwork and general facility maintenance
• Valid Driver's License
• One year of maintenance or HVAC experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cleaning and pick-up of debris throughout exterior areas
• Maintain cleanliness of sidewalks, breezeways, parking lots, and green spaces
• Assist with light landscaping tasks including raking, weeding, and trimming
• Maintain cleanliness of pool decks, courtyards, and outdoor amenities
• Assist with light painting, bulb replacement, and vacant apartment preparation
