You'll manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from strategy to supplier performance, and build out your team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute sourcing strategies for corporate services categories
• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle including contract negotiation
• Serve as business partner to corporate leaders
• Lead Sourcing Specialists and support team build-out

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in category management or procurement with indirect/corporate services focus
• Proven track record of developing category strategies with measurable cost savings
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
• Hands-on experience with P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a high-growth technology or startup environment
• Deep expertise in professional services, facilities, or enterprise technology categories
• MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPSM)
