You'll provide mental health therapy to clients as part of a growing behavioral health team. Your work will help improve access to personalized care in a supportive environment with flexible scheduling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct individual and/or couples therapy sessions
• Maintain a caseload of clients with diverse needs
• Document clinical notes in a timely manner
• Collaborate with clinical supervisor for guidance

📋 Requirements

• Licensed Associate in Washington State (LMHCA)
• Experience with adult populations
• Experience with child and adolescent populations
• Willingness to work in-person at least 2 days per week
