🎯 What You'll Do

• Own country-level shift and DSP vehicle planning to meet demand curves
• Communicate planning adjustments and expectations to DSPs
• Update Forecast Files and monitor DSP adherence to requirements
• Oversee driver profile creation and offboarding per defined processes

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in logistics, last mile, or workforce scheduling
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management
• Analytical mindset with KPI monitoring and reporting experience
