Description

As a Program Manager on the Esports International team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to streamline communication, define roles and responsibilities, and drive project progress by building detailed plans, tracking issues, and standardizing workflows. You will serve as a central point of contact to coordinate efforts and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project/program management experience
• Strong project management and pipeline management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with documentation, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Gsheets)

Responsibilities

• Build project plans with clear scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop work plans, schedules, and map partners and dependencies
• Proactively identify project dependencies, track issues, and ensure follow-ups
• Create documentation to clarify responsibilities and alignment across teams
• Serve as central point of contact to coordinate project progress
