Description
You will build and lead a high-performing sales team in the Charlotte territory while personally generating sales in the field. This player/coach role involves managing, training, and motivating your team, developing market expansion strategies, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of residential roofing experience (shingle, tile, metal)
- 2+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing successful teams (outside roofing considered)
- Proven success in both retail and insurance residential roofing sales, along with lead generation via networking, door knocking, and referrals
- Winning Attitude: positive mindset and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Lead from the front in the field (D2D, networking, referrals)
- Manage, build and train a sales team to hit and exceed goals
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence, leveraging both retail and insurance-focused sales approaches
- Personally generate sales while guiding your team to reach and exceed targets
- Work closely with company leaders, recruiters, and back-office staff to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support
- Maintain high standards for client satisfaction by delivering excellent service and quality roofing solutions
