Description

Lead the engineering team overseeing building maintenance, repairs, and operations to ensure tenant satisfaction and building efficiency. Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, budgets, and vendor contracts while supervising staff and enforcing safety compliance.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• 10+ years industry-related experience or equivalent certification/trade experience
• 5+ years supervisory experience including performance appraisals and disciplinary action
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, energy management software, CMMS
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, BAS, fire protection, and life safety systems

Responsibilities

• Manage building maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Monitor energy usage and ensure efficient operations
• Oversee contractor work and tenant improvement projects
• Supervise, train, and evaluate engineering staff
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFC, NFPA
