Requirements

• Outstanding typography and layout skills
• Experience in creating concepts via mood boards and prototypes
• Experience from low-fidelity wireframes to polished digital products
• Understanding of usability and accessibility best practices
• Native or fluent Japanese, intermediate or higher English

Responsibilities

• Deliver digital communication, interface, and interaction design across all platforms
• Deliver systematic, responsive design solutions through agile methodology
• Present design work confidently to stakeholders and build trusting relationships
• Ideate, co-design, and refine with peers and clients collaboratively
• Lead and mentor mid/junior designers
