You'll lead architecture and implementation for enterprise deployments using Deepgram's voice AI platform, owning post-sales technical success for EMEA accounts. You'll serve as the Tier-3 escalation point for complex issues and design reference architectures for contact center and voice agent use cases.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in solutions architecture or similar customer-facing technical role
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Experience with speech-to-text or voice AI technologies
• Additional European languages
• Familiarity with EMEA data privacy regulations
