Description

You will create an amazing pickup experience for customers at Carvana's car Vending Machine, complete paperwork, address customer questions, and occasionally perform physically demanding tasks like detailing and loading vehicles. This role is central to reinventing the car-buying process with a customer-first approach.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (detailing, loading/unloading vehicles)
• Walk/stand and sustain physical activity for 8+ hours
• Read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to obtain a Vehicle Verifier license in California within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Create an amazing and memorable pickup experience for customers
• Complete customer paperwork and thorough notes in tracking system
• Address customer questions and minor technical issues related to the vending machine
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record
• Obtain a Notary license within 90 days (process sponsored by Carvana)
