Description

As a Strategic Technical Consultant for Clarity, Bloomreach's AI shopping assistant, you will own the technical strategy, implementation approach, and customer experience end-to-end. You will guide customers through trials, onboarding, and optimization, ensuring Clarity delivers measurable value quickly while shaping the implementation playbook and product roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven technical expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience integrating AI-powered or conversational shopping tools
• Ability to troubleshoot front-end behavior, analytics, data connectivity, and weblayer execution
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to define and refine implementation playbooks and best practices

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding and implementation of Clarity across Bloomreach Discovery and Engagement
• Make front-end updates (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to customize weblayers
• Design scalable technical solutions translating customer requirements into effective implementations
• Guide customers in setting up analytics tracking, event instrumentation, and A/B testing frameworks
• Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying friction points and opportunities for enhancements
