💼 About This Role

You'll lead clinical services at Planned Parenthood of Southern New England, overseeing a team that provides over 100,000 patient visits annually. You'll partner with the Chief Medical Officer to ensure person-centered, high-quality care across CT and RI. This hybrid role offers the chance to shape sexual health and reproductive rights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Direct and evaluate clinical services with CMO and Medical Director.
• Supervise Lead Clinicians, Lab Manager, and Clinical Coordinator.
• Adapt PPFA protocols for PPSNE and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage clinician hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Continue active clinical practice one day per week.

📋 Requirements

• Graduation from a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Midwife training program.
• Current state licensure in CT and RI as NP, PA, or MD.
• Minimum of 5 years of reproductive health experience in direct patient care.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
