You'll join the support team at Tebra to resolve billing and technical issues for healthcare customers. You'll ensure providers get fast, accurate support while maintaining HIPAA compliance. This role offers the chance to work fully remotely with a leading EHR platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound calls and tickets for billing and product issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and escalate bugs to engineering.
  • Guide customers on claims, denials, and revenue cycle workflows.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions.

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer or billing support experience.
  • Experience in medical billing or healthcare industry.
  • Understanding of medical billing workflows and claims.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Familiarity with CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS codes and denial management.
  • Experience with EHR or practice management software.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data security.
