💼 About This Role

You'll drive deep adoption of Ironclad's AI contracting platform for enterprise customers. You'll act as a strategic technical partner, moving accounts from activation to advanced product maturity. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to influence the product roadmap and reduce churn.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide post-hypercare support to drive early adoption and value realization
• Monitor adoption trends and execute repeatable success motions using data and playbooks
• Host technical consults on best practices and product education
• Conduct instance assessments to streamline configurations and advance customer maturity

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing, product-oriented role at a B2B SaaS company
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable product configurations
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with contract lifecycle management or legal ops is preferred
