You will lead high-impact research initiatives across NLP, Vision, and multimodal domains, focusing on LLMs and agentic AI systems. You'll combine hands-on technical work with leadership, driving the transition from experimental systems to reliable, production-grade capabilities for NICE's contact center solutions.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic AI systems
• Proven ability to set technical direction and mentor peers
• Experience in translating research into production-grade capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research initiatives across NLP, Vision, and multimodal modeling with focus on LLM-based and agentic-AI systems
• Architect, prototype, and evaluate single-agent and multi-agent systems including planning, tool use, memory, and orchestration
• Establish best practices for safe, controllable, and scalable AI agents including evaluation frameworks, guardrails, fallback strategies, and observability
