You'll lead the LLM team at EverAI, owning architecture, training, and deployment of models powering our AI companionship platform used by 50 million users. You'll drive alignment strategy and optimize inference at 80M tokens per day in a high-autonomy environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write production code in Python/PyTorch while mentoring the team
• Own the core chat loop optimizing context windows and inference latency
• Drive SFT and RLHF/DPO strategy for model fine-tuning
• Design and train custom classifiers for nuanced content moderation

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years engineering experience with ML/LLM at scale
• Proficiency in Python/PyTorch and modern LLM stack (vLLM, HuggingFace)
• Experience shipping AI features to millions of active users
• Comfort working with NSFW content and technical moderation
