🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architectural design and technical strategy across multiple product teams
• Drive end-to-end delivery of features across the full stack
• Coach and support engineers through mentorship and code reviews
• Champion developer productivity by improving CI/CD and tooling

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript across the full stack
• Proven track record leading React Native mobile apps in production
• Experience with AWS cloud environments and serverless architectures

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with SwiftUI or native mobile development
• Experience improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Contributions to open-source communities
