You'll evaluate and manage a panel of patients with cognitive disorders using a virtual care model designed around patient and family needs. You'll lead the clinical team and collaborate on improving dementia care standards through education and quality improvement.

• Evaluate and manage a panel of patients with cognitive disorders and their caregivers
• Identify improvements in care model and technical platform
• Collaborate on clinical KPIs and quality targets
• Provide training and oversight to new clinical hires

📋 Requirements

• ACGME accredited neurology residency
• Board Certification in Neurology
• Expertise in dementia and cognitive disorders
• Experience with interdisciplinary care teams
