You'll lead proactive headhunting and talent mapping for Dulcedo's Agent teams, focusing on building year-round pipelines and market intelligence. You'll strengthen our employer brand and stay ahead of competition without reactive hiring. This role emphasizes strategic foresight over hire counts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively headhunt and engage high-potential Agent profiles.
• Map key markets like Montreal, Toronto, New York, and Los Angeles.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with rare talent year-round.
• Maintain structured talent pipelines in ATS (Lever) for immediate activation.

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in recruiting, headhunting, or executive search.
• Proven experience building talent pipelines before roles open.
• Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter including Boolean search.
• Professional fluency in English (bilingualism English/French is a strong asset).

• Background in sales or business development with relationship-driven approach.
• Experience in creative industries, entertainment, or talent management.
• Bilingualism in English and French.
