You'll lead the SysAdmin Indonesian team in the Product team, safeguarding team health and hiring world-class talent. You'll own delivery of product commitments and improve productivity. Collaborate closely with global SysAdmin teams from Lithuania and Brazil.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and coach the Web Hosting Monitoring team
• Provide long-term engineering solutions for hosting services
• Coordinate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of systems
• Monitor and optimize service performance using monitoring tools

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years supporting enterprise-level Linux environments
• 1+ years leading and mentoring an engineering team
• Understanding of on-premises and cloud-based systems
• English skills at C1-C2 level
