💼 About This Role

You'll provide Level 1 & 2 Help Desk support to end users including senior management and attorneys for the Executive Office for US Attorneys. You'll perform system administration, user account management, and desktop support while contributing to government innovation. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a federal contracting environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Perform backup/restoration administration and file server support
  • Install and troubleshoot software, hardware, and handheld devices
  • Create and update IT tickets using ITIL best practices
  • Set up conference rooms with audio/video systems and online meeting tools

📋 Requirements

  • One year of experience with Adobe Connect or similar online meeting center setup
  • Experience with Level 1 & 2 Help Desk support
  • Proficiency in user account and mailbox administration
  • Ability to create procedural documentation and spreadsheets

✨ Nice to Have

  • ITIL Foundations certification
  • Change Management experience
  • Active DOD clearance of Level 6 Public Trust or above
