You'll join Alertus as a Technical Support Analyst supporting our mass notification systems for customers. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, collaborate with the support team, and help ensure systems are at full readiness. This role offers the chance to develop deep technical expertise in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming Support calls and resolve hardware/software issues.
  • Support lower-tiered analysts and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Prioritize cases and escalate to higher-tiered support as needed.
  • Conduct Assurance Reviews and update knowledge base articles.

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 4-7 years experience in a technical help desk environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficient understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Scripting & Automation knowledge (PowerShell, Python).
  • Cisco or Avaya VoIP solutions support.
  • Windows Domain & Active Directory administration.
