Description
As a Level 1 Service Delivery Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing responsive and professional IT support. You'll resolve technical issues, manage service requests, and contribute to positive client experiences while growing your skills in a supportive team.
Requirements
- University or TAFE graduate in a relevant field, or equivalent IT support experience
- Previous experience in an IT support or service desk role
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance
- Log, triage, and manage incidents and service requests via Service Desk (onsite and remote)
- Provide frontline support across desktop, Microsoft 365, and core infrastructure issues
- Communicate proactively with clients, keeping them informed during resolution
- Create and maintain accurate documentation of client environments and solutions
