🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate field activities and dispatch technicians
• Manage work orders and planned maintenance schedules
• Ensure timely billing and expense reconciliation
• Communicate escalations to Service Managers

📋 Requirements

• Two years of dispatch or customer service experience
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work overtime as needed

✨ Nice to Have

• HVAC/R technical experience
• Electrical or plumbing knowledge
• Coffee equipment service background
