Description

You will partner with global payroll sellers to execute sales strategy, demonstrate Remote's global payroll solution, and translate customer needs into implementation scope. You'll also enable teams and provide product feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years related experience with Bachelor's, or 3 years with Master's
• Pre-sales solution consulting or consulting experience with consultative techniques
• Experience with global payroll processes and systems
• Understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Payroll sellers to define and execute sales strategy
• Act as subject matter expert on Global Payroll features and industry developments
• Communicate value proposition through demonstrations, proposals, and presentations
• Develop and iterate sales playbooks and materials
• Provide feedback to Product teams on market needs
