Description

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of the community, creating exceptional first impressions, conducting personalized apartment tours, and driving leasing success through follow-up and relationship-building. You'll also foster resident relationships by coordinating events and responding to inquiries, all while promoting brand community awareness.

Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Positive attitude and clear communication skills
• Willingness to be coached on company standards

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional first impressions and conduct personalized apartment tours
• Convert leads to leases through follow-up and relationship-building
• Complete leasing applications, verifications, and move-in paperwork
• Coordinate and attend resident events and community initiatives
• Assist in marketing the property through social media and outreach
