Description

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team to design and deliver scalable microservices on Azure using C#, integrating process management into the Celonis Platform. You'll mentor engineers, drive technical strategy, and ensure high-quality solutions that help businesses optimize processes and reduce waste.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Engineering Manager or technical leadership role
• 8+ years as Software Engineer
• Strong technical knowledge of software engineering at Staff level
• Experience with C#, Azure, and microservices
• Excellent communication and ability to resolve technical conflicts

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in designing and delivering scalable solutions for integrating Process Management into the Celonis Platform
• Use technical judgment to determine trade-offs between time, maintainability, scalability, and performance
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to develop impactful features that drive customer value
• Manage performance and support career development of engineers up to Staff level
• Build an engineering culture of trust, ownership, and collaboration
