💼 About This Role

You'll own the infrastructure and deployment platform powering Conveo's AI research product, and shape the engineering team's AI toolchain and developer workflows. You'll build systems that are fast to ship on, safe to operate, and designed to get smarter over time. This is a high-impact role at a YC-backed hyper-growth startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, safe deployments.
• Codify cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Own observability end-to-end (monitoring, logging, alerting).
• Standardize the engineering team's AI toolchain and build reusable agent workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
• Strong CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Production Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or Pulumi.
• Deep cloud platform expertise (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance.
• Comfortable writing and shipping product code.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes orchestration.
