🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Account Executives to draft contracts and renewals
• Nurture client relationships and facilitate communication
• Monitor service quality and address issues promptly
• Ensure accounts are up to date and in good standing

📋 Requirements

• Customer obsessed and tech-enabled
• Ability to commute to Jersey City office (3x/week)
• Proven experience in account management or customer service
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
