You'll lead the transition from an inbound-led single-product engine to a multi-product sales machine (EOR, Contractor, Gia AI). Your mission is to amplify sales velocity using AI and drive high-value engagements for a remote-first SaaS company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Transition team to multi-product sales including EOR, Contractor, and Gia AI
- Build outbound/hunting motion to lower customer acquisition costs
- Accelerate sales cycle and optimize EOR activation rates
- Scale SMB/Mid-Market success into Enterprise-grade engagements
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of sales leadership in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech
- Experience scaling at $300M-$500M+ ARR stage
- Proven net-new logo hunter mindset
- Expert-level experience with Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and Gong
โจ Nice to Have
- Direct experience in EOR or Global Expansion industry
- Experience managing both inside sales and outside/field sales models
