💼 About This Role

You'll assemble wire harnesses for aerospace and defense products in a Chandler, AZ facility. Your work will directly support military and satellite systems that help keep America safe. You'll follow IPC-620 and J-STD-001 standards with in-house training available.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Crimp, strip, and use various hand tools for wire harness assembly.
• Assemble products by following drawings, travelers, and work instructions.
• Follow IPC-620 and J-STD-001 guidelines for assembly.
• Document all work in a traveler and maintain quality standards.

📋 Requirements

• Wire harness experience or formal wire harness training required.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and assembly procedures.
• Must know how to read and use a ruler/scale/tape measure/caliper.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

• Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
• IPC-620 or J-STD-001 certification.
