💼 About This Role

You'll support learning and talent initiatives across Model N India and global teams by building enablement content and coordinating programs. You'll modernize talent programs using AI tools to enhance learning design and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys execution and scaling efforts across geographies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and update facilitator guides, presentations, and eLearning modules.
• Coordinate logistics for learning sessions across time zones.
• Partner with HRBPs to support business-specific talent initiatives.
• Administer learning content and run reports in Workday Learning.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HRBP support.
• Experience developing learning materials (presentations, facilitator guides, etc.).
• Experience administering LMS platforms (Workday Learning preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience using eLearning authoring tools (Articulate preferred).
• Experience supporting global or multi-region teams.
• Experience with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini).
