You'll lead relationships with strategic healthcare clients, driving product adoption, retention, and expansion. Your impact will be measured by NRR, MRR, and NPS as you coordinate cross-functional teams and influence the product roadmap based on client feedback. This role combines executive management and commercial analysis in a high-growth SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage strategic client portfolio for retention and growth
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in health institutions
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with C-level executives
  • Coordinate with Product, Support, and Tech teams for service delivery

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in strategic account management for SaaS or HealthTech
  • Experience with healthcare software like PACS, RIS, or EMR
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and CRM skills (HubSpot preferred)
  • Availability for frequent travel within Mexico

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with BI tools like Looker or Redash
  • Portuguese language skills
